Characters

These people are super important to me and play huge roles in keeping me sane, helping me stay positive and motivated, and inspire me to stick with this whole writing thing. ; )

Sparky - This is my husband. We've been married 8 years and he's the best thing that ever happened to me. It sounds cliche but I would honestly be lost without him. He truly believes I can do anything - except keep the kitchen spotless or drive somewhere new without getting lost. He knows me better than that.

Dude - This is my son. He's 7 and in the second grade. He also has autism, but with the help of therapists and amazing teachers he's actually doing really well, and he's constantly amazing me with how smart he is. For the most part, he's a pretty chill kid, and is pretty good about going with the flow, as long as it's not anything too crazy.

Diva - This is my daughter and I couldn't have come up with a better moniker for her, unless it was Princess. She's 3 and loves to be the center of attention. She's constantly getting into trouble, but she's freaking adorable so she usually gets away with everything.

Aubrey - She is my oldest friend and also hoping to one day be an author. She's amazing and is one of two people I trust to read my WIP and give honest but constructive criticism. If I ever have a grammer related question, she's the one I go to. I'm not giving her a nickname because she rocks an awesome blog and deserves recognition.

Andrea - She is the other person that I trust to read my WIP, and her ability to verbally describe a scene makes me green with envy. Like me and Aubrey, she's also on the road to one day publishing her own book. She's the one who is constantly giving me new titles to read, since our taste in books is very similar. She rocks a fabulous book blog, so I'm also using her real name.
